OVERLAY AND SPECIALTY PANELS

Specialty plywood is our thing - if you can think of a panel, we can probably make it!

Our Concrete Form MDO is designed for the demanding alkaline conditions of modern concrete mixes.  We use the highest quality overlays, featuring uniform saturation with phenolic resin formulated to resist the action of alkaline concrete fluids on forming panels, and strong internal bonds to resist overlay shear and internal delamination. They are thermally bonded to the substrate panel under heat and pressure to produce a hard, abrasion and alkaline resistant panel surface.

All Hardel HDO is manufactured using two step processing on a state-of-the-art chrome platen press, which produces the most consistent and smoothest possible finishes. Our overlays feature a high density of phenolic resin specially designed to meet the demands of modern concrete mixes. They feature an even density distribution profile and a strong
internal bond to resist internal delamination and overlay shear.
